Quotes and agreements

Each project starts with a non-binding quote that describes the scope of the work, the price and the schedule.

A binding agreement is formed when you accept the quote in writing, for example by email. If the quote and these terms conflict, the quote takes precedence.

Your responsibilities

• Provide the texts, images, logos and other material needed for the work, and the information needed to set up services such as your domain or Google Business Profile.
• Make sure you have the right to use all the material you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
• Review drafts and give feedback within a reasonable time, so the project can stay on schedule.

Schedule

Schedules mentioned on this website or in a quote are estimates. The actual schedule depends on our workload and on how quickly we receive the material and feedback needed for the work.

Prices and payment

Prices and payment terms are stated in each quote and invoice. Recurring services, such as maintenance, are invoiced as stated in the quote. Late payments may be charged interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.

Domain and ownership

Your domain is registered in your company's name and always remains yours.

Once the work has been paid in full, you have the right to use the finished website for your business. Material you provided stays yours. We may reuse general tools, code and techniques from the work in other projects.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show the finished website as a reference, for example on this website.

Maintenance

Maintenance covers what is agreed in the quote, such as hosting, domain renewal, security updates and small content changes. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately. A maintenance agreement can be ended as stated in the quote.

Third-party services

Some services rely on third parties, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google and email providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their interruptions, changes or decisions, such as Google search rankings or the visibility of reviews.

Limitation of liability

We do our work carefully and professionally. If you find a fault in the work we have delivered, tell us without undue delay and we will fix it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Use of this website

The content of this website, including its texts, logo and design, belongs to Fero Clothing Oy and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep the information on the website accurate, but it is for general information only and may change without notice.

Consumers

Our services are mainly intended for businesses. If you are a consumer, you also have the rights given by mandatory Finnish consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to resolve any disagreement by talking it through first. If that doesn't work, disputes are settled in the district court of the place where Fero Clothing Oy is domiciled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect agreements already made, unless agreed otherwise.
